"The place is very strategically located but the biggest problem is there is no parking around. You have to park at least 1 km further away from the hotel. And most of it is street parking which you have to pay per hour by going to the machines. For locals there is an easy pay by text system but for tourists this is not possible. So you have to park to the bigger public parking spaces where they charge you more but you can pay at the end. The second problem we have was with the street door. It...

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Jezera bei Ivanka, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick aus der Unterkunft auf den Hafen war sehr schön gewesen. Die Lage fanden wir auch gut, die beiden Strandabschnitte waren in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Restaurants, Bäckerei und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe. "My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and informative. Our room was beautiful, especially the bathroom. We were impressed with the towel warmer. The window balcony was an added bonus! The restaurant is absolutely stunning. We were shocked with how amazing the breakfast buffet was!! Out of all of our travels so far, this hotel and it's breakfast is one of our favourites! The doors to your room are very unique. They light up in different ways to inform housing keeping if you're in the unit or not. It's in a great location, near old Town Zadar, Kolovare beach and beautiful restaurants/Cafe bars. The area surrounding the hotel is a little beat down and old, but safe! If you love cats as much as I do, you will encounter them in the surrounding area. When checking out of the hotel and leaving for the airport, they do have a luggage storage room if you have some time before check out and your flight. We found this very resourceful and considerate. T"

"Hermoso hotel en el casco antiguo de zadar, excelente ubicacion, comodo y limpio. Nosotros elegimos habitacion con baño privado, todo de maravillas, cama y almohadas super comodas ! desayuno a la carta incluido tipo brunch . Nos guardaron las valijas en el check out, y nos consiguieron taxi al aeropuerto, sin duda Volveria!!!"

"Close to the airport and a 5 minute drive to old town Zadar. Everything easy. Ok breakfast. Basic hotel and serves its purpose. The top and bra left in our closet from the previous guest was a nice touch. Didn’t fit any of us though."

"We booked a three-bedroom villa. Overall the size is small, with two small beds in the bedroom and just enough place to stand, not even enough room to change your clothes. The bathroom is small but functional. Again the living area and kitchen are in one space, and with the dining table there is not much room to store your suitcases. Overall it served the purpose. They do have a lot of other amenities in the property if you are planning to stay there and enjoy the resort."
